3.1 Booking Procedure

All Studio rentals are subject to availability and require a confirmed Booking. Bookings can be made through our website or by contacting us directly. A Booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of payment or a signed agreement, as specified by Lumiere Studios LLC.

3.2 Rental Period

The rental period for the Studio is defined by the agreed-upon Booking times, including setup and breakdown. The Client is responsible for vacating the Studio by the end of the scheduled rental period. Late departures may incur additional charges.

3.3 Studio Usage and Restrictions

The Client agrees to use the Studio for lawful purposes only and in a manner that does not cause damage or disturbance. Any use of the Studio for illegal activities, or activities that are deemed unsafe or offensive, is strictly prohibited. Clients are responsible for ensuring that all persons entering the Studio premises adhere to these Terms.

3.4 Equipment and Facilities

Lumiere Studios LLC provides access to Studio spaces and specified equipment as part of the rental agreement. While we endeavor to maintain all equipment in good working order, we do not guarantee the availability or performance of any specific equipment. Clients are encouraged to inspect the Studio and equipment upon arrival and report any issues immediately. Any damage to Studio property or equipment caused by the Client or their guests will be charged to the Client.

4. Payment and Fees

4.1 Rental Fees

All rental fees are as listed on our Website or provided in a formal quote. Fees may vary based on the Studio space, duration, and any additional services or equipment requested.

4.2 Payment Terms

A deposit may be required to secure a Booking. The remaining balance is due before or at the commencement of the rental period, as specified by Lumiere Studios LLC. We accept payments via [List Accepted Payment Methods, e.g., major credit cards, bank transfer].

4.3 Cancellation Policy

Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled rental start time will incur a cancellation fee of 50% of the total rental cost. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours' notice will be charged the full rental fee. Lumiere Studios LLC reserves the right to cancel a booking due to unforeseen circumstances, in which case a full refund or rescheduling will be offered.

5. Client Responsibilities

5.1 Conduct

Clients and their guests must behave in a respectful and responsible manner. The use of illegal substances or excessive alcohol consumption that may lead to unsafe conditions is prohibited. Any disruption to other tenants or neighbours will not be tolerated.

5.2 Damages

The Client assumes full responsibility for any damage to the Studio, its fixtures, or equipment caused during their Booking. This includes, but is not limited to, damage from improper use, negligence, or the actions of the Client's guests. Lumiere Studios LLC reserves the right to charge the Client for the full cost of repairs or replacement.

5.3 Health and Safety

Clients must adhere to all health and safety regulations posted within the Studio and any instructions provided by Lumiere Studios LLC staff. Fire exits must be kept clear at all times. No flammable materials or hazardous substances are permitted in the Studio without prior written consent.

6. Intellectual Property and Content

Lumiere Studios LLC does not claim ownership of any Content created by the Client within the Studio. However, by using our facilities, the Client grants Lumiere Studios LLC a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use images or footage captured within the Studio for promotional purposes on our website, social media, and marketing materials, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

7. Liability and Indemnification

Lumiere Studios LLC shall not be held liable for any loss, damage, injury, or death sustained by the Client, their guests, or their property while on the premises of the Studio. The Client agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Lumiere Studios LLC from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or in connection with the Client's use of the Studio.
